PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS – Event Health and Safety Manual

Proms_in_the_Park_0071_PPS webAll events, no matter how small, have the potential to be problematic. The best way to avoid problems is to create a simple, easily understood Event Health and Safety Manual which can be sent to everyone who needs to know how the event works including the Safety Advisory Group. Does your event have an Event Health & Safety Plan? And, if it has, how good is it and when was it last reviewed?

DGB Events provides a practical event planning service. Using the skills developed over 20 years of event management we will undertake a site visit to your event venue and review your Event Safety Management Plan. A revised Event Safety Plan and Risk Assessment will be produced for you together with recommendations for timescale, further work and information required from sub-contractors.  Oh, and if you don’t have a plan – we’ll write one for you!

For your peace of mind, ensure that all your event health and safety plans are up to date and in line with standard requirements. It’s good to have a plan A as well as a plan B. If you need any advice, please get in touch in the first instance.
